Shipping and Payment Policy

Shipping:

Freight:

All items on orders shipping LTL will be shipped as they are available unless the order is specified to be shipped in full. Alta Falls Distributing will arrange freight with the carrier that is most efficient and cost effective unless specified by the recipient. The recipient is responsible for all freight charges and orders must be paid in full prior to shipping.

Ground:

All items on orders ship ground will be shipped as they are available unless the order is specified to be shipped in full. Alta Falls Distributing will arrange shipping with the carrier that is most efficient and cost effective unless specified by the recipient. The recipient is responsible for all shipping charges and orders paid in full prior to shipping.

Customer Pick-Up:

All items on orders will be held on reserve for 10 business days and available for pick-up during regular business hours. Pick-up orders older than 10 business days will not be held on reserve for the the original order and product will be available on first come, first serve basis. Orders must be paid in full at time of pick up.

Payments:

All payments must be completed prior to shipping or at time of pickup unless the customer has a credit account in good standing with Alta Falls Distributing. Credit accounts have terms of NET 30 unless otherwise stated and are subject to late payment fees if not promptly paid in full.

Customers must have a credit card saved on file with their account for payment processing prior to shipping if they do not have a credit account in good standing. 

All credit card transactions are subject to a 2.5% transaction free. ACH is available upon request and does not have additional transaction fee.
