Return Policy

Stock Items:

Unused and unopened stock items can be returned within 14 days of purchase for full credit. Unused and unopened stock items returned after 14 days of purchase are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Any opened stock items can be returned within 14 days of purchase, subject to inspection, for a 20% restocking fee. Opened or used stock items cannot be returned after 14 days from purchase.

Special-Order Items:

Unused and unopened special-order items can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a 20% restocking fee. Unused and unopened special-order items returned after 14 days of purchase are subject to a 40% restocking fee. Any opened special-order items can be returned within 14 days of purchase, subject to inspection, for a 40% restocking fee. Opened or used special-order items cannot be returned after 14 days from purchase.

Custom-Order Items:

Any custom-order item not produced to specifications of the customer, based on the signed custom order form, will be resolved between Alta Falls Distributing and the manufacturer at no cost to the customer. Any custom-order returns not due to incorrect manufacturing will be eligible for return at the discretion of Alta Falls Distributing, subject to inspection, for a restocking fee to be determined by Alta Falls Distributing on a case-by-case basis.
