Alta Falls Distributing Warranty Policy

Alta Falls Distributing Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from Alta Falls Distributing. This Limited Warranty covers any manufacturer defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, Alta Falls Distributing will replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance. The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Alta Falls Distributing is determined by the manufacturer beginning at the date of purchase. A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good. This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by: site conditions, improper installation, improper use or maintenance, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship. Alta Falls Distributing warranties are for parts only. Responsibility for service and labor falls on the installer. Alta Falls distributing can provide consultation and assistance for an additional service fee. To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.

Easy Pro

EasyPro Pond Products (“EasyPro”) warrants to the purchaser that this product (“Product”) will be free from any mechanical or material defects for a period of 2 year(s) from the date of purchase (**Some product specific exemptions may apply**). This warranty only covers properly installed and maintained Products sold by authorized EasyPro Sellers who are subject to and follow EasyPro’s quality control standards. Please note that because EasyPro is unable to control the quality of Products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, this warranty does not cover Products purchased from unauthorized sellers.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, nor any deterioration suffered through overloading, improper use, negligence, improper installation, acts of God or accident. Similarly, any modification made by the purchaser to the Product will cause the warranty to be null and void. This warranty does not cover any cost associated with the installation or removal of the Product subject to a warranty claim.

All returned items will be inspected to determine the cause of failure before a warranty claim is approved.

HPC

Hearth Products Controls Company warranties products against manufacturing defects that prevent safe and correct operation of the product commencing from the date of original sale / shipment from HPC. The warranty on parts and in-house labor will apply only to claims presented to us by our original customer and is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied. Please refer to the Warranty Chart below for warranty periods.

The defective product must be shipped back with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) issued by HPC for that specific product which states the nature of the defect or warranty claim. Product to be returned should be packed carefully—HPC is not responsible for damage on returned items. The original purchase information will be required. RMA’s are only valid for 30 days from the date of issue by HPC and will not be processed if received after the expiration date. The RMA number must be indicated on the outside of the return package and a copy of the RMA in the package with product.

Our warranty does not cover items that have been damaged by over heating, modification, abuse, improper storage, installation, or maintenance. This warranty excludes claims for incidental or consequential damage and indirect-collateral expenses arising from product defects or warranty recovery.

Warming Trends

FULL LIFETIME WARRANTY FOR CROSSFIRE® BURNERS

Warming Trends warrants that each Warming Trends® Crossfire® and other jetted-flame-brass burners sold through Warming Trends’ distribution network (each as “Burner”) is free from defects in materials and workmanship and conforms to its specifications, which are available upon request.

We offer a lifetime, full warranty for our Burners, regardless of ownership, beginning on the date of purchase (“Warranty Period”). This warranty is transferable, but we reserve the right to require proof of ownership for any transferred burners including proof that the Burner was not acquired through improper means or unauthorized re-sellers. During the Warranty Period, Warming Trends provides repair and exchange services for the Burners, without charge. If a Burner does not function as warranted during the Warranty Period and, after a reasonable number of attempts, Warming Trends is unable to either.

1) make it do so or 2) replace it with one that is at least functionally equivalent, you may return it to Warming Trends and your money will be refunded. The warranty stated above will not apply to the extent that there has been misuse or use contrary to specifications or the appropriate user or operating manual, installation defect, accident, modification, unsuitable physical or operating environment, operation in other than the specified operating environment (e.g., outdoor burners should only be used outdoors) improper maintenance by you, or failure caused by a product for which Warming Trends is not responsible. With respect to Burners, the warranty is voided by removal or alteration of any identification labels or marks on any Burner or part.
